Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

These vegan peanut butter cookies are a delightful treat for anyone, whether you're vegan or not. They're soft, chewy, and packed with peanut butter flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Put peanut butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix them together

Mix it well until it's smooth

Mix in the salt, baking powder, and flour with the peanut butter

Mix it together until a thick dough forms

Make balls out of the dough that are about 1 tablespoon in size and put them on the baking sheet that has been ready

Use a fork to make a crisscross pattern in each ball

Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down
