Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies
These vegan peanut butter cookies are a delightful treat for anyone, whether you're vegan or not. They're soft, chewy, and packed with peanut butter flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet
Put peanut butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix them together
Mix it well until it's smooth
Mix in the salt, baking powder, and flour with the peanut butter
Mix it together until a thick dough forms
Make balls out of the dough that are about 1 tablespoon in size and put them on the baking sheet that has been ready
Use a fork to make a crisscross pattern in each ball
Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown
After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down
