Grilled Shrimp Skewers



These grilled shrimp skewers are bursting with flavor from a simple marinade of garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Perfect for a quick and delicious seafood dish that's sure to impress!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions:

Put olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together

To coat the shrimp, add them to the marinade and toss them around

For twenty to thirty minutes, let it sit

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Skewer shrimp that has been marinated

Cook the shrimp on the grill for two to three minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque

Take it off the grill and serve it hot

If you want, you can add chopped parsley or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice on top before serving
