Paleo Walnut Spiced Apple Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup diced apples
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Almond flour, coconut flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves should all be combined in a big mixing bowl
Combine the applesauce, egg, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a different bowl
Mixing until a dough forms, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
