Air Fryer Fish and Chips
If you use an air fryer to make fish and chips, they will be healthier. Crispy tilapia fillets dipped in bread crumbs and perfectly cooked potato wedges, all with less oil!
Ingredients:
- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Get the air fryer ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Take a small bowl and mix the panko breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and black pepper together
First, coat each tilapia fillet in flour
Next, dip it in beaten egg
Finally, cover it with the breadcrumb mixture
Spray some cooking spray on the fillets before putting them in the air fryer basket
Toss the potato wedges with olive oil and salt and pepper in a different bowl
Put the fish fillets and potato wedges in the air fryer basket
Flip the fish over and shake the basket every 12 to 15 minutes until the fish is golden brown and the potatoes are crispy
Serve hot with the sauce of your choice
