7UP Jello Salad



This 7UP Jello Salad is a delightful side dish for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Its sweet and tangy flavor, combined with the crunch of pecans and the creaminess of cottage cheese, makes it a must-have addition to your holiday table.

Ingredients:
  • 1 package 6 oz lime Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup 7UP soda
  • 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish optional

Instructions:

Boil water and mix the lime Jello in a large bowl

Pour in the 7UP soda and mix it in well

Crush the pineapple and add it along with its juice

Also, add the mini marshmallows

Combine well

Put the mixture in the fridge for 45 minutes to an hour, or until it starts to set but is still a little liquid

Add the cottage cheese and pecans that have been chopped and mix well

Add the whipped topping slowly and mix it in until it's well combined

Put the mix into a 9x13-inch dish to serve

Let it set in the fridge for at least 4 hours

If you want, add maraschino cherries as a garnish before serving

Enjoy! Serve cold
