Lemon Pineapple Spice Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
A blender should have Greek yogurt, honey, turmeric, ginger, lemon zest, and lemon juice
Add the frozen pineapple chunks and blend them all together
If you want a thicker consistency, add ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy
If it tastes too sweet or too sour, add more honey or lemon juice to make it right
Put it in a glass and serve right away
