Lemon Pineapple Spice Smoothie



Enjoy the refreshing and tropical flavors of pineapple and lemon with a hint of warm spice from turmeric and ginger in this delicious smoothie. It's a perfect way to start your day or as a healthy snack anytime.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

A blender should have Greek yogurt, honey, turmeric, ginger, lemon zest, and lemon juice

Add the frozen pineapple chunks and blend them all together

If you want a thicker consistency, add ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy

If it tastes too sweet or too sour, add more honey or lemon juice to make it right

Put it in a glass and serve right away

If you want, you can add a slice of lemon or a sprinkle of turmeric as a garnish
