Peeps Cupcakes for Peeps Party



For your Peeps Party, these cupcakes with Peeps are a great treat! A moist white cake with fluffy marshmallow frosting and cute Peeps marshmallow chicks on top makes them look great. Great for having a party with family and friends.

Ingredients:
  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 12 Peeps marshmallow chicks assorted colors
  • Colored sprinkles optional

Instructions:

Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin

Put the eggs, water, vegetable oil, and white cake mix in a mixing bowl

Mix until it's smooth

Use two thirds of the cupcake liner to fill it up with cake batter

Bake in an oven that has already been heated for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle of a cupcake comes out clean

On a wire rack, take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool all the way down

In a different bowl, beat the softened butter and marshmallow fluff together until they are well mixed and fluffy

Add the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to the butter and marshmallow mixture little by little

Mix the frosting well until it's light and fluffy

Put marshmallow frosting on top of each cupcake once they are completely cool

You can pipe or spread it on

Put a different-colored Peeps marshmallow chick in the middle of each cupcake to make it look nice

If you want to make it look even better, you can add colored sprinkles on top of the frosting

At your Peeps Party, serve and enjoy your cupcakes
