Creamy Matcha Latte



Enjoy the smooth texture of this vegan matcha latte, which is great for a cozy morning or a pick-me-up in the afternoon.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Heat almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling

In a cup, whisk together matcha powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth

Pour the warm almond milk into the matcha mixture and whisk until well combined and frothy

Serve hot and enjoy!
